Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel at any time

No notice period, no cancellation fee, no minimum contract term.

2. How to cancel

In the app: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Or email info@arkcrm.co.za from the account's registered address.

3. When it takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. No further payment is taken.

4. Cancelling during the trial

Cancel before the trial ends and no charge is made. Your account then follows section 5.

5. After the paid period ends

Your account becomes read-only for 30 days. During this window you can sign in, view your data, export it, or reactivate the subscription and carry on where you left off.

6. Then the data is deleted

30 days after the paid period ends, all data belonging to your account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before then.

7. Exporting your data

You can export your data at any time while the account is active or read-only, from the app's data export in Settings.

8. We may cancel too

ArkCRM may suspend or cancel an account for non-payment, or for use that breaches the Terms of Service. Except in cases of abuse or unlawful use, we give at least 14 days' notice by email before cancelling, and the same 30-day read-only export window applies.
